Whether provided by Erste Group Immorent or by selected Erste Group local banks, our real estate investment services cover the management of Erste Group´s real estate holdings, as well as the management of real estate investment products for various client groups.

Property investment projects:

  • Property represents the underlying asset and the main source of investment return.
  • Generally involve income-producing property and/or development projects, depending on the investment strategy.
  • The property is intended for sale or lease on the real estate market (hotels & tourism being the exception).
  • The investment return is basically dependent on the real estate market and its participants.

In line with particular investment strategies, we work with all types of real estate: commercial properties (especially offices and shopping centres), hotel & tourism properties, and land. We also place a special focus on residential properties.
