What do we do?
Erste Group Immorent Technical Advisory’s expertise is provided in the context of property financing. A sound expert report helps both clients and their bank when assessing a property or project.
We provide consultancy for the clients of Erste Bank und Sparkassen in Austria and clients of Erste Group in the CEE.
Technical Advisory provides services like project management and controlling for Erste Group Immorent development projects, as well as technical surveys of premises in the leased asset portfolio and consultancy with regard to building safety checks in accordance with ÖN B1301.
Who are we?
Erste Group Immorent Technical Advisory is the Erste Group’s specialist unit for all technical aspects of construction projects such as the monitoring of complex building projects, technical analysis of both planned building projects and existing inventory, as well as technical consultancy and monitoring services for property financing projects.
